Our team counts former Facebook AI Research engineers who anticipated the way AI could transform healthcare delivery. Our Machine-Learning team is continually leveraging the latest advancements in the field to unlock the full potential of AI in healthcare.

Not only that, Yann LeCun, Meta’s Chief AI Scientist and AI Godfather, is an advisor to Nabla.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end sales process for enterprise-level deals, effectively articulating the value proposition of our solutions to key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Strategically prospect into Chief Medical Officer, Chief Medical Information Officers within health systems
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in health systems and physician-led networks to implement pilot programs, measure their impact, and seamlessly transition successful pilots into long-term customer agreements.
  • Leverage PLG data to identify product qualified leads to convert to enterprise contracts
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently driving revenue growth while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Formulate and execute account plans, working closely with customers to create roadmaps for the full deployment of Nabla and plan for future expansion.
  • Work cross functionally with product, support, legal, and marketing, to ensure the success of our customers and enable a cohesive customer experience.
  • Influence Nabla’s product roadmap based on customer needs and feedback, ensuring alignment with market demands.
  • Represent Nabla at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and generate leads.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to Nabla’s leadership.

Qualifications:

We are seeking candidates with:

  • 5+ years of selling experience as an Account Executive navigating enterprise health systems and hospitals.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, including familiarity with hospital operations, clinical workflows, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven record of delivering results through strategic customer relationships with health systems, achieving sales goals, and creating referenceable outcomes for customers.
  • Adept at navigating enterprise organizations with shifting priorities, connecting with multiple stakeholders at varying levels.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with C-suite executives and key stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in analyzing sales data and metrics.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
